Union Pacific Railroad in the United States is seeking an Assistant Signal Worker to help install, repair, and maintain railroad signals and grade crossing warning systems. You will work with varied equipment to support safe, efficient rail operations across North America, under a performance-based, safety-focused culture.

The role requires dependable teamwork, strong safety discipline, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Inspect signal circuitry and systems for issues and defects.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect signal circuitry and systems to identify issues and defects.
• Assemble/disassemble signal crossing devices; troubleshoot and repair.
• Install, maintain, repair, and replace signal communication wiring and components.
• Operate various machines, tools, and vehicles; keep work areas clean.
• Travel across the designated territory in company vehicles.
• Follow safety, FRA regulations, and company guidelines; take initiative on tasks.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Educación

CDL - Class A or B
