Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Capable of providing assistance and supervising others.
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and maintaining information and activities.
• Committed to safety rules and safe work habits.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and conversions.
• Able to extract information from tables, charts, graphs, and text.
• Familiar with applying basic mechanical principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must complete an English assessment before interview.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and testing of signal circuitry, equipment, and systems.
• Assemble/disassemble signal crossing devices and troubleshoot problems.
• Construct, install, maintain, repair, and replace signal systems and components.
• Use machines/tools/vehicles responsibly and keep work areas clean.
• Operate company vehicles and travel across the territory.
• Take ownership and work with others to ensure timely completion.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, contractors, and customers.
• Adhere to safety, operational and FRA regulations.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
