Job summary

CAF USA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies in a high‑pressure manufacturing setting in Maryland. You will read blueprints, follow schematics and work from instructions to prepare and complete jobs.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, 2–3 years in industrial maintenance, ability to lift 50 lbs, and good communication. You may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and must comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and install equipment as specified.
• Layout, assemble, test, and install apparatus from blueprints and instructions.
• Study assembly documents, FMIs, and parts lists to prepare jobs.
• Align and assemble component parts using hand/power tools and blueprints.
• Verify specifications by measuring and testing completed components.
• Install, repair and service mechanical equipment, panels, and wiring/harnesses.
