    • Ensure proper implementation and enforcement of safety policies across project sites.
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Contractor and Subcontractor Oversight:
    • Review contractor safety plans and ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements.
    • Issue notices, warnings, or Stop Work Orders as necessary to address safety violations.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Maintain compliance with the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health Course (29 CFR 1926) and hold current certifications in First Aid, AED, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogens Training.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing safety compliance for large-scale construction projects across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, PANYNJ/PATH, Conrail, CSX, and Maryland Transit Administration, and OSHA safety standards.
