Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead a fast-paced rail project from administrative to strategic levels. The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Project Management experience required.
Knowledge of safety and security standards for rail projects and Buy America regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly familiarize with contractual obligations and technical aspects of the project.
Direct and review overall planning to identify milestones and priorities.
Estimate budgets and staffing; manage manpower, materials, and equipment to meet budgets and schedules.
Contribute to cost and schedule objectives and address risks proactively.
Present project status reviews to the client and maintain strong client relations.
Prepare cost/risk analyses and extra work claims for the client.
Ensure safety and quality assurance requirements are met for the client.
