Paycom - ATS is seeking a Rail Supervisor to oversee daily automotive rail loading/unloading operations in Cotulla, TX. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with rail crews, management, and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree or ~4 years of management experience and MS Office proficiency. This is a 1st shift position in Cotulla, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ~4 years of management experience.
• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience managing processes and external customer requirements.
• Experience in a supervisory/management environment.
• General knowledge of railroad operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily automotive rail loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, AAR requirements, and manufacturer standards.
• Communicate daily work assignments to rail crews.
• Conduct on-rail inspections and daily quality audits.
• Monitor quality and prevent loss and damage.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
