Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Office Engineer or in project documentation on infrastructure projects.
• Rail or transit experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of contract documentation, submittals, RFIs, and pay estimates.

Responsibilities

• Records, prepares, and distributes meeting minutes and weekly progress reports.
• Maintains Project Quantities Book.
• Participates in processing change orders and claims.
• Acts as a liaison between the field inspection team and contractor personnel.
