Qualifications

• Requires a four-year high school diploma or GED.
• Certificate from a technical trade school with emphasis on diesel engines and heavy equipment repair.
• Strong knowledge of diesel/gas engines, 12/24V systems, and related repair work.

Responsabilités

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair LIRR on/off rail track equipment, trucks, and cranes.
• Repair diesel engines and heavy equipment components.
• Maintain hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
