Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Loader / Rail Switching Technician in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on safe loading operations, railcar inspection, and accurate paperwork, with on-the-job training provided.

You will assist with railcar movements, maintain safety PPE, and collaborate with the rail team to meet production goals. Experience is helpful but not required; candidates must be 18+, able to pass a drug screen and background check, and have fluent English communication skills for day-to-day

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication and safety briefings.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.
• TWIC card may be required for access to certain terminals.
• Ability to work on-site with adherence to PPE and safety rules.
• Military experience is considered a plus for procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare railcars for loading, ensuring mechanical soundness.
• Connect/disconnect loading arm hose and monitor transfer.
• Weigh railcars, complete required paperwork, and check for leaks.
• Plan railcar movements, operate track equipment if needed, and coordinate with team.
