Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical experience in mechanical systems.
• Able to work overtime, odd hours, weekends, and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, inspect, and repair rail equipment.
• Understand project requests and safety instructions.
• Dismantle and assemble mechanical components for trains.
• Analyze sub-systems to meet design specifications.
• Record activities and perform quality tests.

Skills

Mechanical system technical experience

Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience

Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings

Experience with power tools

Familiarity with AC and DC power and control systems

HVAC systems knowledge
