Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking drivers in Texas (Hughes Springs) for full-time or part-time roles that require no CDL or high school diploma. We provide the vehicle, fuel, insurance and comprehensive training; you simply drive safely and report for shifts with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include transporting railroad crews to locations, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, using navigation tools, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Current valid state-issued driver’s license
• Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled)
