Hallcon is hiring drivers to transport railroad crews to designated locations. No CDL is required, and Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance and training. This role emphasizes safety, pre/post-trip inspections and compliant driving.

Starting pay is $14.46 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay and paid training. Candidates must be 21+ and live within a reasonable distance of the work site, with background checks and a drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Hold a valid state driver's license.
• Live within 30 minutes of the location.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Utilize navigation tools effectively.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
