Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of construction and maintenance agreements affecting TxDOT projects and railroads.
• Meet with project managers to identify objectives and issues concerning contracts.
• Maintain and compile data and reports (e.g., TRIMS).
• Coordinate plan submittal and approvals with internal/external parties.
• Review contracts, amendments, and procurement documents.
• Develop and revise contracts and related documents and reports.
• Assist with contract negotiations and execute agreements.
