Martin Marietta is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, graders, dozers and haul trucks. This role transports raw materials from railcars to stockpiles and loads finished products for distribution.

You will help maintain roadways and loading areas for safe, reliable operations. A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Operates heavy equipment with safety-first approach.
• Reads and interprets gauges and manuals; basic math skills.
• Good reading/writing and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, graders, dozers and haul trucks.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report needed repairs.
• Assist with maintenance, rail unloading, quality control and housekeeping.
