Brookdale Carriage Club is hiring an Infection Prevention and Associate Director of Clinical Services. We are a senior living community supporting our residents through Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Long Term Care, with a total of over 400 residents.

We are seeking an experienced RN who has experience with Infection Prevention. This position offers growth opportunities within a large Brookdale network and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• RN required for clinical leadership in infection prevention.
• Infection Prevention Certification required for the role.
• MDS experience is a plus for clinical oversight.
