The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Rafters Premium Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional looking for their next challenge overseeing the Rafters operation. This role ensures top-tier service, drives revenue through premium offerings, and manages staff performance to create unforgettable experiences for our elite clientele.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $54,600 - $73,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Oversee daily operations of premium food service including studio rentals and club concessions.
  • Hire, train and develop food and beverage associates and supervisors of the Rafters department to reach their potential.
  • Provide job performance insights to associates; praise good work, offer constructive improvements when required.
  • Manage all studio bookings communication in regard to food and beverage needs.
  • Ensure operational excellence whilst following company procedures relating to high-quality service standards.
  • Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment.
  • Coordinate with culinary leadership on menu development and ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and associates.
  • Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
More about you
  • Minimum of two years’ hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong managerial and leading ability; team-building skills are essential.
  • Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required.
  • Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
