Job summary

RaData, a Protect Environmental Company, is seeking a Mitigation Technician to join our South Jersey team. You will install, repair, and maintain radon mitigation systems and teach customers how to use the equipment.

This field role requires a High school diploma or GED, NRPP certification (or ability to obtain it), and 1+ year related construction or maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license with clean driving history is required; daily local travel in a company vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NRPP radon mitigation certification or ability to obtain.
• 1+ year construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience, or building maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to perform field construction work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems.
• Perform initial walk-through evaluations with customers.
• Conduct diagnostics on air flow and install ventilation systems.
• Post-installation testing and diagnostics of systems.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Document job details per company policy and travel locally.
