AA Home Inspection is seeking a Radon Measurement Technician to perform professional radon measurements in accordance with state regulations and company procedures. The role involves installing and retrieving measurement devices, verifying testing conditions, and delivering accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will maintain precise records, communicate professionally with clients, and uphold safety standards while pursuing necessary licenses and continuing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and computer software.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial radon measurements utilizing CRM’s.
• Install, retrieve, and operate radon measurement devices.
• Verify and document required testing conditions before starting a measurement.
• Maintain accurate testing records and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Download, review, and submit radon measurement data.
• Prepare accurate and timely radon measurement reports.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, equipment, and testing devices in good condition.
• Communicate professionally with clients, occupants, real estate professionals, and office staff.
• Follow all safety procedures during field work.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
