We are seeking a leader for the property’s sales department responsible for driving all top-line revenues through leadership, revenue management, marketing, and sales acumen.

Salary Range: $61,900 - $80,000 annually

This position is also eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Program, offering performance-based bonuses throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as authority on sales processes, contracts, sales platforms, and hotel collaboration
  • Develop and implement sales strategies supporting hotel goals
  • Achieve market share and revenue goals by working with the Director of Sales (Marketing) on individual and team goals
  • Prepare proposals and contracts to maximize profit and satisfy client needs
  • Respond to RFPs and communicate client requests effectively across departments
  • Solicit new business through outside calls, prospecting, tours, and hosting
  • Maintain and grow existing business and referrals
  • Review goals regularly and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure maximum occupancy through follow-ups on booked groups and events
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and events as needed
Skills and Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum five years of sales management experience in the hotel industry
  • Experience managing owner relationships and teams
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Delphi, Opera, and other hotel management tools
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, legal considerations, and industry trends
  • Ability to travel as needed
Physical Demands
  • Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Lift or carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Use manual dexterity for office equipment
