Job summary

MarinHealth in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a Radiotherapy Technologist II to deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy in collaboration with Radiation Oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff. The role emphasizes precision, patient safety, and teamwork within a high-quality cancer care program.

Requirements include ARRT and TRTC certifications at hire, BLS, IAM within 30 days, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and 2+ years in radiation therapy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiation therapy technology is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of Radiation Therapist experience in a progressive radiation oncology environment is preferred.
• New graduates who otherwise meet required education, licensure/certification, and demonstrated competency requirements may be considered based on department needs.
• ARRT certification required at hire.
• TRTC certification required at hire.
• BLS required at hire.
• IAM required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy accurately and safely per physician prescription and plan.
• Perform CT simulation, patient identification, positioning, and imaging for treatment planning.
• Operate linear accelerators and CT simulation equipment within competency.
• Maintain complete treatment documentation in the EMR and department systems.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and care-team members.
