MarinHealth Medical Center is hiring for a Radiotherapy Technologist to join the Radiation Oncology team. You will deliver precise radiation therapy, support simulation, and collaborate with clinicians and dosimetrists in a fast-paced cancer care setting.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for growth and mentorship within MarinHealth’s progressive program.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required at hire.
• TRTC certification required at hire.
• BLS required at hire.
• IAM within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Administer radiation therapy accurately and safely per prescription and plan.
• Perform patient identification, positioning, and imaging before and during treatment.
• Operate linear accelerators and CT simulation equipment within competency.
• Complete chart checks and treatment checks before delivery; escalate discrepancies.
• Participate in QA activities and report equipment concerns promptly.
