Job summary

Cardinal Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to ensure prompt delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers. You will operate company vehicles, load and unload shipments, and use a tablet to verify orders and navigation.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable mobility, and excellent customer service skills. Working hours are typically 6:00am–2:30pm, with overtime as needed and holidays rotated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be 18+.
• Prior delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and sit/stand/move for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl).
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers.
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigation.
• Processes packages returned from customer locations.
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs.
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required.
