The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Radiopharmacist to lead radiopharmacy operations in the BICOR facility. The role includes production, QC, and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals for clinical and research use, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate daily activities with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams, ensuring cGMP standards, training staff, and supporting ANDA/IND preparation and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy program graduate with licensure or eligibility by the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• Completion of a nuclear pharmacy program with coursework in radiation safety, radiopharmacy techniques, health physics, and instrumentation.
• Experience with computer-based data entry, ordering, and data compilation.
• Working knowledge of NRC, DOT, FDA, MA Board of Pharmacy, EPA and OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Operates the Radiopharmacy independently and supports BICOR manufacturing during operating hours.
• Prepares, quality checks, and dispenses SPECT radiopharmaceuticals.
• Performs PET radiopharmaceutical compounding, manufacturing, QC, and distribution.
• Reviews batch records against specifications and releases products.
• Manages inventory of SPECT radiopharmaceuticals and materials for daily operations.
• Oversees equipment maintenance, system suitability testing, and documentation.
• Ensures cleanroom environmental and operational standards are met.
• Supports regulatory reviews (ANDA, IND, RDRC) documentation.
• Trains staff and serves as a resource for training and guidance.
