Job summary

SpectronRx, a growing CDMO with production sites in South Bend, IN and other locations, seeks a Nuclear Pharmacist/ Production Manager to lead radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensure compliance and safety standards.

The role requires active Indiana pharmacy licensure, leadership, and strong project management skills, with flexibility for shifts. You will supervise production, QC, regulatory adherence, and drive process improvements to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist or close to obtaining after graduation.
• Must have active Indiana pharmacy license with good standing.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain required licensure and assuring regulatory commitments including Radiation Safety and DOT Regulations.
• Provide guidance to maintain compliance with USP Guidelines, Pharmacy laws, FDA Directives and Guidelines.
• Follow and improve policies for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Monitor the preparation, production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Establish corrective actions to address deviations below acceptable standards.
