Job summary

SpectronRx, a growing CDMO, seeks a Nuclear Pharmacist/Production Manager to lead radiopharmaceutical manufacturing across Indianapolis and satellite sites in Indiana. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and safe, accurate production of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.

The position requires a licensed pharmacist with strong project management and attention to detail, able to supervise strict quality systems and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist or close to obtaining after graduation.
• Active Indiana pharmacy license in good standing or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals or nuclear pharmacy preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor preparation, production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain regulatory commitments including Radiation Safety and FDA guidelines.
• Provide leadership and training to staff; manage projects and timelines.
• Identify and apply corrective actions for deviations; ensure accuracy of records.
• Support safety and organizational goals in a manufacturing environment.
