Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis is seeking a Project Engineer to support the expansion of our radiopharmaceutical manufacturing initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to coordinate capital projects, upgrades, automation, and new systems in a GMP environment, with a focus on on-site execution and hands-on engineering support.

The role offers growth in project management, opportunities to lead workstreams, and exposure to cutting-edge radiopharmaceutical operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in pharma.
• Experience coordinating capital projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute capital and facility expansion projects related to radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to support timely task completion.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principles to projects.
• Support design and implementation of production lines and systems.
• Contribute to process automation projects to improve efficiency.
• Integrate engineering and business systems per BMS standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Promote compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
• Review and revise technical documentation as needed.
• Travel up to 15% may be required for project activities.
