Job summary

AdventHealth Mount Dora is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiologic procedures, protect patients and staff from hazards, and ensure timely delivery of images to physicians. You will operate radiographic equipment, select ionizing factors, and maintain film files while adhering to infection control and safety standards.

The role requires an Associate degree in radiologic technology (preferred), BLS CPR certification, and Basic X-Ray Machine Operator certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BMO) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protect from hazards.
• Operate radiographic equipment and set controls for imaging.
• Maintain patient records, film files, and daily logs.
