Position Overview

UNC Health is seeking a dedicated Breast Imaging Radiologist at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC, approximately one hour from Raleigh and The Triangle area. The position is primarily focused on breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided procedures such as biopsies.

Responsibilities

1. Perform interpretations of breast imaging studies.
2. Conduct image-guided breast procedures, including biopsies and localizations.
3. Work in the radiology department and outpatient settings.
4. Possibility of weekend call coverage.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training or extensive experience in breast imaging.
• MD/DO and BE/BC in Interventional & Diagnostic Radiology.
• Ability to obtain North Carolina Medical license and NC DEA certification.
