Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with ultrasound experience for a day shift in Montana. The role involves performing radiographic and ultrasound procedures under the Radiologist and Department Director, applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes, and taking responsibility for designated areas as needed.

The ideal candidate will be ARRT Registered, Montana licensed, and possess ultrasound experience, with knowledge of patient age requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT
• Registered Technologist by the ARRT
• Licensed Technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
• Knowledge relative to age of patients served
• Ultrasound experience is required

Job Description

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, the Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic and ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of independent judgment. This role necessitates ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The technologist assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required.

Schedule

This position is for a day shift with no weekends required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT
• Registered Technologist by the ARRT
• Licensed Technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
