Job summary

Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA, seeks a PRN Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures and assist physicians and Radiologists with CT and Dexa imaging. On-call weekend coverage is required, with the weekend package described.

The candidate must graduate from an AMA Accredited Radiography Program, hold ARRT certification, possess an Iowa license, and maintain BLS CPR certification within 3 months of employment.

Position Highlights

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the knowledge and capabilities to perform radiographic procedures and to assist physicians and Radiologist with image modalities listed in the Radiology Procedures Manual. Responsible in the participation of (call) support and must be able to perform general radiographic and additional modalities such as CT and Dexa, scan procedures independently while exercising professional judgment in the performance of procedures.

* This position is weekend package only: on call from5:4pm Friday to 6am Monday *

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an AMA Accredited Radiography Program with ARRT or ARCRT.
• Permit to practice from the State of Iowa.
• BLS (CPR) certified or obtained within 3 months of employment.
