Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and set up, adjust, and control radiology equipment.
• Calculate and select factors such as kilovolts, current, exposure time based on patient specifics.
• Select and load film cassettes and regulate exposure while safeguarding equipment and patient.
• Maintain records and regulatory documentation for each case.
• Assist physicians with contrast media, patient handling, and sterile procedures.
• Provide first aid and manage adverse reactions or emergencies related to contrast media.
