Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform Diagnostic Radiology, producing high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

This role requires ARRT eligibility within one year, NH/MA licensure as Radiologic Technologist depending on location, and familiarity with RIS/PACS. Join a hospital with a Level III trauma center and a broad radiology team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
• Eligible for ARRT(R) certification within one year of hire.
• Strong communication and patient-care abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review patient information and reconcile requests with exams.
• Complete consent and questionnaires prior to exams.
• Perform diagnostic radiology exams including trauma and orthopedic.
• Inspect images for quality and documentation; present to Radiologist.
• Transport patients to and from the Immediate Care.
• Assist supervisor in training new personnel.
• Operate RIS and PACS computer systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
