MultiCare Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Registered) for per diem shifts at Tacoma General Hospital. The role performs a wide range of diagnostic imaging exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems, supporting trauma imaging, OR cases, and routine studies.

The candidate must have an AA degree in imaging, Washington state X-Ray Tech registration (or transition within 3 months), ARRT registration, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health required; must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist within 3 months of hire.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
