Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison is seeking an Interventional Radiology technologist to join a highly collaborative imaging team.

In this hands-on role you will perform specialized imaging procedures (angio, vascular, and neuro interventional) and work closely with radiologists and physician assistants to support patient care. The position is 32 hours per week on day shift, with staggered start times and on-call duties; rotating holidays apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• On-call responsibilities; flexible schedule.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized imaging procedures including angio, vascular and neuro interventional imaging.
• Assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide patient care and education during examinations.

Schedule:

32 hours per week / Day shift - staggered start times (7:30am-9am) - first patients are at 8am and schedule goes until 4pm (Technically open 7:30am-5pm). On call (1 day a week and every 4th-7th weekend). Rotating holidays.

Interventional Radiology

Performs specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular and nonvascular and neuro interventional and therapeutic procedures, along with assisting the Radiologist/PA. The only registration requirement for this position is Radiography.

Ensures all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. Completion of a Radiology Technology program. No experience required.
