Job summary

Providence is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiologic procedures under supervision at Providence Covenant Medical Center. External candidates may qualify for up to a $9,000 hiring bonus and comprehensive benefits begin on your first day of employment.

Requirements include graduation from an approved School of Radiology Technology, Texas Radiologic Technologist license, AHA BLS, and ARRT certification. Preferred: Associate's degree and 1 year of radiology technologist experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology.
• Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required at hire.
• National Certification from ARRT required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Under direct supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor and Imaging Services Director.

Under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, performs radiological procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

Required Qualifications:

• Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology.
• Upon hire: Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree.
• 1 yearexperience as a Radiology Technologist.
