Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Radiology Technologist for PRN hours at multiple locations in southwest Michigan. The role involves performing radiographic exams, assisting with procedures, and maintaining patient safety and quality of imaging.

Candidates must have ARRT certification or be registry-eligible, and must complete BLS within 6 months. Positions require rotational work across imaging areas with occasional lifting and patient handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate of Completion of a Hospital base program or Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Radiology required.
• Registered ARRT required or registry eligible.
• Employee must provide successfully complete BLS training course within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient movement as needed.
• Rotational work across radiology areas including fluoroscopy and other procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations of various anatomical parts to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and position radiographic equipment to obtain optimal images.
• Consult radiologist to clarify orders or discuss unusual cases.
• Assist providers in administering radiolucent or radiopaque media for examinations.
• Maintain clean and organized procedure rooms and proper documentation.
