Bronson South Haven is seeking a CT Technologist (PRN) to support radiology services at the Wellness Center. The role involves assisting radiologists, operating CT equipment, and ensuring patient safety. After hire, CT certification must be completed within 15 months, with ARRT NM/NMTCB requirements also in place.

The position is part-time with variable shifts, and requires strong patient communication, teamwork, and adherence to sterile technique. BLS is required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• As of 8/14/2022: ARRT CT certification must be obtained within 15 months from hire date.
• NM or NMTCB registration required with CT certification within 15 months.
• BLS certification due within 6 months after hire.
• Demonstrates excellent human relation and customer service skills.
• Shows leadership, organization, and initiative in procedures.
• Maintains safety, sterility, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during invasive and non-invasive radiographic scans.
• Operate and calibrate CT equipment and related systems.
• Administer contrast media under radiologist direction.
• Escort and prepare patients, review pertinent information, and instruct on procedures.
• Maintain documentation, supply levels, and equipment quality control.
