Job summary

Baptist Health's Radiology department seeks a Radiologic Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging using radiographic and fluoroscopic tech. You will produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation, while following safety and ethical standards.

Responsibilities include room prep, patient education, equipment cleaning, record-keeping, and potential on-call duties to ensure 24-hour department coverage. Must maintain competency tests and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registration or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current Radiation Operators Certification with the Kentucky Department of Human Resources.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures using radiographic and fluoroscopic technology.
• Prepares room, equipment, and materials for patients daily.
• Participates in CQI activities and provides input for improvement.
