Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Imaging Teams are a committed, caring group of colleagues. We are seeking a Radiology Technologist. As our new Radiology Technologist, you will perform routine diagnostic procedures for clinical X-ray films. You will perform procedures in a careful, compassionate, and respectful manner. We prioritize patient care.

Your tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Performs a variety of procedures/studies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists in administration of contrast media in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
• Prepares and positions patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
• Obtains high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
• Maintains proactive, effective communication with patient and radiologist regarding any findings, patient histories, and test results as appropriate.
• Collaborates and confers with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, or State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree
