This Per Diem Radiology Technologist opportunity with PeaceHealth offers something many imaging professionals are searching for but rarely find: meaningful flexibility paired with a truly collaborative culture.
Supporting outpatient clinics throughout Eugene and Springfield, you'll experience a variety of patient populations, providers, and clinic environments while remaining connected to one organization and one supportive team.
You’ll provide your availability in advance, receive scheduled shifts 2 to 4 weeks ahead whenever possible, and have opportunities for additional work through PTO coverage, leaves of absence, call-outs, and ongoing clinic needs.
Just as important, you’ll be welcomed into a collaborative, people-first culture where technologists are valued by providers, respected by teammates, and trusted to deliver exceptional patient care.
Strong relationships are at the center of the experience here. Physicians, clinicians, and clinic staff work collaboratively, patients feel supported, and technologists are respected as essential members of the care team. You’ll help create a positive experience for patients who may be nervous, uncomfortable, or simply looking for answers. The work matters, and so does the environment in which it's done.
At PeaceHealth, being a person-first, values-driven, highly trusted organization is more than a statement. It's reflected in the way caregivers support one another, collaborate across disciplines, and work toward the same goal: caring for patients while caring for the people who provide that care.
