Job summary

Shriners Children's Spokane is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality radiographs and strict radiation safety compliance.

You will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to support diagnosis and treatment, assist with patient preparation using age-appropriate communication, and operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety guidelines while documenting procedures in EMR/PACS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ARRT certification required and BLS certification required.
• Preferred: AS/BS in Radiologic Technology or Radiologic Science from accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures including portable C-arm, Tomography, and DXA scans.
• Ensure diagnostic image quality and safe radiation protection.
• Assist with patient preparation and age-appropriate communication.
• Document procedures and patient data in EMR and PACS.
