Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Radiology Technologist PRN to perform diagnostic radiology procedures across ages while maintaining radiation safety for patients and staff.

You will prepare, process, and document information; assist patients and physicians as needed; and support the imaging team. ARRT certification, BLS, AMA-approved radiologic technology program, and 2 years of acute care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
• 2 years previous diagnostic experience in acute care facility desirable.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree

Job Summary And Qualifications

Individual performs a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures on patients of all ages. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, physicians and other hospital personnel supporting the Mission, Vision and Values of HCA HealthONE Aurora and campuses. Individual utilizes radiation protection for patients and employees. Individual assists patients and physicians as needed. Prepares, processes, and documents information.

What qualifications you will need

• Registered technologist with current certification in Radiography by ARRT and CE compliance. ARRT-R Radiography
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
• 2 years previous diagnostic experience in acute care facility desirable.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree
