Responsibilities

• Translates examination into layman terms to relieve patient anxiety.
• Performs various x-ray exams according to established standards and division procedures.
• Positions patient for radiographs according to SOPs.
• Recognizes and promptly reports patient motor abnormalities to the Radiologist.
• Operates equipment for transferring images and archiving.
• Ensures images are labeled with right/left and dated correctly.
