Job summary

The role involves performing imaging studies, maintaining ALARA principles, and ensuring high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Qualified applicants will have an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, active MA or RI licensure, BLS, vaccination requirements or approved exemption, and strong patient education skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Current licensure in MA and/or RI as required by location.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified clinical imaging duties under supervision and document data in the EHR.
• Position patients and select appropriate imaging equipment to produce quality images.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize exposure to patient and staff.
• Assist physicians and perform Front Desk and Medical Assistant functions as needed.
