Vetted Solutions is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging with ionizing radiation in a clinical setting. You will adhere to ALARA, verify orders, prep patients, and document history while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Must obtain ARRT-R registry within six months of hire; those hired after a specified date should progress to level 2 within 24 months.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient care, and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, verify patient identity, and prepare for exams, documenting clinical history confidentially.
• Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and/or administer medications as prescribed, evaluate image quality, and manage data storage and transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers, and assist licensed practitioners during procedures, including outside radiology settings.

Role Overview:
