Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures per department protocols.
• Identify patient and verify procedures from records or physician orders.
• Explain exam to patient/family and prepare room/equipment for the exam.
• Mark exams anatomically correctly and QA images in PACS before interpretation.
• Maintain radiation safety and use protective gear as appropriate.
• Document information and data in a timely, accurate manner.
