Qualifications

• Oregon Radiographer License required upon hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months.
• Within 6 months of hire: ARRT National Certification.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations per physician orders with ALARA principles.
• Position patients and calibrate radiation dose to obtain high-quality images.
• Aim to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
