Job summary
Corewell Health Wayne Hospital is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across general radiology services at our Wayne site. The role emphasizes accuracy, patient care, and adherence to radiation safety standards.
The successful candidate will hold a JRCERT-accredited radiography credential with ARRT registrations and BLS certification, and will work under supervision within established policies to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program.
- ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist required.
- ARRT Radiographer (R) certification required upon hire.
- BLS/CPR certification required upon hire (AHA or ARC).
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostic exams in general radiology.
- Provide high-quality images for interpretation with strong clinical skills.
- Apply principles of radiation protection and comply with regulations.
- Take responsibility for designated area and provide clinical instruction as appropriate.
- Follow Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy at all times.
