Job summary

OrthoVirginia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. The role focuses on producing high-quality diagnostic images and delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Minimum requirements include Virginia licensure and ARRT certification, with 2+ years of experience preferred. This part-time/PRN position includes no weekends, nights, or holidays, offering flexible scheduling and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Virginia Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 2+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for radiographic procedures with comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and obtain high-quality digital images.
• Operate radiographic and C-arm equipment safely and effectively.
• Review images for technical quality, anatomical accuracy, and proper patient identification.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.
