OrthoVirginia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for our Stone Springs location to perform diagnostic X-rays in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, working closely with physicians, clinicians, and patients to support accurate diagnoses and high-quality patient care.

Join OrthoVirginia as a Radiologic Technologist and play an important role in helping our providers diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries and conditions. In this full-time role at our Stone Springs location, you'll perform diagnostic X-rays in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment while working closely with physicians, clinical team members, and patients. You'll have the opportunity to see a variety of orthopedic cases and make a direct impact on the patient experience every day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Contrast: No contrast administration required
Daily Volume: Approximately 20–100 cases depending on provider volume
Current Virginia Limited Radiologic Technologist license, or ability to obtain prior to start date. Meets all applicable state requirements to perform limited-scope diagnostic X-rays. Knowledge of basic anatomy, patient positioning, and radiation safety practices. Current BLS/CPR certification preferred. Previous experience performing diagnostic X-rays preferred; orthopedic or outpatient clinical experience is a plus. Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. Candidates who have recently completed an approved limited radiologic technology program and meet applicable Virginia licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Range for this position: $27.87 - $41.80. Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
